"Quick delivery, but the plants arrived in rough shape"
I ordered a few plants and they did show up quickly, I was happy about that at first. But once I opened the box, a few of them looked rough. The soil was really dry, some stems were bent, and a couple leaves were already turning yellow. I tried my best to bring them back, but after about a week only around half of them made it. For the price, I was a bit disappointed. Maybe I just got unlucky, but I’m not sure I’d order from them again.

"Healthy plants, just double-check the sizing"
I ordered a few small natives and they arrived pretty much the size I expected from the website. One of them seemed a little smaller than I thought it would be from the photo, but maybe that was just me not paying enough attention to the pot size info. Everything looked healthy and was packed well, so no real complaints. I’d buy again, but next time I’ll make sure I’m going by the listed size and not just the pictures

so I felt like the instructions just weren’t clear enough. I had to guess what I was supposed to do in a few places, which made the whole thing more frustrating than it needed to be

"Quick Enough and Packed Safely"
I’m always a little cautious about ordering plants online because you never really know how they’ll show up, but these arrived faster than I expected. It wasn’t next-day shipping or anything crazy, but it was quick enough for me. The packaging was decent and everything seemed protected, so I felt good about it overall.

"Pretty decent plant order"
I ordered a few plants and overall it was a good experiance. The info on the site was mostly accurate, but one of the plants showed up a bit smaller than I thought it would be based on the description. The care details were helpful enough tho, so that was nice. Not bad at all, I just think some of the product pages could be a little clearer

"Checkout was easy"

"Decent site, could use more real discounts"
I used a promo code and saved a little, so that was nice. Nothing huge, but still nice. The site itself works fine and was easy enough to use, but some of the deals look better at first than they actually are. I just wish they had better discounts more often, or at least more promo codes that really take a decent amount off

I ordered a few native plants and the quality was a bit hit or miss, haha. Some showed up looking really healthy with nice roots, but a couple were tiny and one already had yellowing leaves. They did settle in after a few weeks, so it wasn’t a bad experience overall. I just expected them to be a little stronger and more consistent for the price. I might order again at some point, but I’m not in a rush.

"Good Plants, but the Wait Was Frustrating"
The plants arrived in good shape in the end, so I can’t really complain about the quality. The only downside was the backorder, it took longer than I expected, and I didn’t get many updates along the way. Compared to some other plant shops I’ve ordered from, the communication could definitely be a bit clearer. Not a bad experience overall, just a little frustrating waiting without knowing much

"Better Service Than I Expected"
A couple of the plants showed up looking a little rough, so I sent over some photos and explained what happened. I expected it to be a bit of a hassle, but they replied quickly and took care of it without turning it into a big issue. Based on how smoothly they handled it, I feel good about ordering from them again

One of the plants showed up looking rough, which I guess can happen depending on the weather and delivery. I sent over a quick photo, and they sorted out a replacement really fast with no fuss. They also made the refund option clear, which was nice. For a plant order, I’m really happy with how they handled it.

I did notice the postage was a bit higher than I expected, and I had that familiar little moment of hesitation before checking out. But looking back, it felt fair overall, and I’m still happy with the purchase.

When I got the plant, the first thing I noticed was that the roots looked really healthy. I got it planted quickly, it settled in faster than I expected. It’s been doing well so far, so I’m really happy with it.

"Not quite what they promised"
The order did show up eventually, and the plants were in decent shape, but it definitely didn’t match the smooth experience they seemed to promise. Shipping took longer than expected, and the tracking updates were unhelpful, so I was left wondering what was going on. The site seems legit, but they really need to be more upfront and keep customers better updated.

"Plants made it, but stressful delivery"
I ordered a few plants to VIC from interstate, the delivery took longer than they said it would 😕 A couple arrived knocked around with soil everywhere, which was a bit frustrating. They did survive in the end, but it was more stressful than I expected and I’m not sure I’d go through it again...

"Plants made it, but the packaging needs work"
The plants arrived alive, so that was a relief (always the main thing). The box was a little squashed when it got here, though, and some of the soil had spilled out inside. It wasn’t a total disaster or anything, but for a longer trip I feel like the packaging could’ve been a bit more secure. Overall, not terrible — I just expected a little more care.
